English translation
Final Statement of the Historic Million-People Rally (Loyalty and Resilience)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace upon our Master Muhammad, and upon his family and companions.
O masses of the great Arab Southern people,
O Southern fighters in every inch of its sacred land,
O those who gathered today in the capital of resilience and heroism, Aden, to renew the pledge to the land and to write with your free will a new chapter of struggle, dignity, and loyalty to the blood of the martyrs.
This million-people rally comes at a pivotal and sensitive national moment in the history of our Southern cause—a moment in which the will of the Southern people is being challenged by attempts to undermine, manipulate, and politically pressure it, and in which conspiracies are revealed that aim to harm the just cause and divert it from its supreme national goal: freedom, independence, and the restoration of a fully sovereign state.
Today, the people of the South came forward with bare chests and strong will, to affirm to the whole world that the South has never been subordinate, and never will be; that it is a living people who do not compromise on their rights, do not accept guardianship, and never relinquish their dignity; and that their popular voice will remain the decisive word, the final decision, and the sole legitimate authority that cannot be challenged or confiscated.
From Al-Ardh Square, the square of will and history, the masses of the Southern people issue this global statement, expressing their clear position, national choices, and constants that do not allow compromise or retreat.
The masses of the South affirm the following in this statement:
1. Renewing full authorization to the Southern Transitional Council, led by President Aidarus Al-Zubaidi, as the politically mandated representative of the people, and rejecting what is called the dissolution of the Transitional Council carried out by Saudi Arabia, as an invalid and rejected measure that violates the council’s bylaws and contradicts the will of the Southern people.
2. Affirming that any attempts to impose artificial alternatives or entities or top-down decisions are wholly rejected and will not be accepted by the people nor have any legitimacy in the South.
3. Declaring the illegitimacy of Rashad Al-Alimi, who overthrew the Presidential Leadership Council based on consensus, emptied it of its content, and affirming that this council is now politically and morally ended; the only legitimacy today is that of the South and the free will of its people.
4. Demanding the immediate and unconditional release of the Southern negotiating delegation detained in Riyadh, considering their detention a serious political violation and an unacceptable escalation, holding Saudi Arabia fully responsible for its consequences.
5. Rejecting any political dialogue or consultations that do not meet the national goal of the Southern people for freedom, independence, and the restoration of a fully sovereign state, and affirming that any serious dialogue must be held in the capital, Aden, on Southern soil, under the will of the Southern people, not under any guardianship.
6. Calling on the international community, the United Nations, and human rights and humanitarian organizations to urgently intervene to protect the Southern people, stop the political, economic, and security pressures and aggression against them, and recognize the Southern people’s right to self-determination and the state of the South as fully sovereign.
7. Warning Yemeni forces against diverting focus toward the South instead of Sanaa, emphasizing that the South is not a substitute war zone, and that any Northern forces or military or security attempts toward the South will be confronted by all legitimate means in defense of the land, the people, and dignity.
8. Affirming that the Southern struggle will not stop and will continue by all means, and that the coming phase will witness a calculated escalation, with all options available at the appropriate time according to the South’s interest, security, and stability.
9. Holding the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Rashad Al-Alimi fully responsible for the deterioration of security conditions, and confirming that recent events have expanded the influence of terrorist organizations in Hadhramaut and other provinces, with these organizations reappearing and acquiring weapons and ammunition through collusion with certain Islamist leaders, after long wars waged by Southern forces to combat terrorism and dry up its sources, only for it to be reproduced today for dubious agendas.
10. High praise and deep appreciation to the Southern Armed Forces and security apparatuses of various formations, foremost among them the Giants Brigades and Security Belt Forces, for their great national roles in securing and protecting the capital Aden, safeguarding the Southern people, consolidating stability in the southern provinces under their control, and confronting terrorism, crime, and sabotage plans with firmness and responsibility. These forces are the South’s safety valve and its strong shield, and the people will remain their support and backing at all times.
From Al-Ardh Square, we address the entire world:

Les masses du Sud affirment ce qui suit dans cette d�claration :
1. Appel � la communaut� internationale, � l’ONU et aux organisations des droits de l’homme et humanitaires � intervenir d’urgence pour prot�ger le peuple du Sud, mettre fin aux pressions et agressions politiques, �conomiques et s�curitaires, et reconna�tre le droit du peuple du Sud � l’autod�termination et l’�tat du Sud comme pleinement souverain.
7. Avertissement aux forces y�m�nites contre toute tentative de d�tourner l’attention vers le Sud au lieu de Sanaa, en soulignant que le Sud n’est pas une zone de guerre de substitution, et que toute force nordique ou tentative militaire ou s�curitaire vers le Sud sera confront�e par tous les moyens l�gitimes pour d�fendre la terre, le peuple et la dignit�.
8. Affirmation que la lutte du Sud ne s’arr�tera pas et continuera par tous les moyens, et que la prochaine phase conna�tra une escalade calcul�e, avec toutes les options disponibles au moment appropri� selon les int�r�ts, la s�curit� et la stabilit� du Sud.
9. Tenir le Royaume d’Arabie saoudite et Rashad Al-Alimi pleinement responsables de la d�t�rioration des conditions de s�curit�, et confirmer que les �v�nements r�cents ont �largi l’influence des organisations terroristes � Hadhramaut et dans d’autres provinces, avec r�apparition de ces organisations et acquisition d’armes et de munitions par collusion avec certains dirigeants islamistes, apr�s de longues guerres men�es par les forces du Sud contre le terrorisme et pour ass�cher ses sources, pour qu’il soit aujourd’hui reproduit � des fins douteuses.
10. Grande appr�ciation et reconnaissance aux forces arm�es et aux services de s�curit� du Sud dans leurs diverses formations, notamment les Brigades des G�ants et les Forces de la Ceinture de S�curit�, pour leurs r�les nationaux majeurs dans la s�curisation et la protection de la capitale Aden, la protection du peuple du Sud, la consolidation de la stabilit� dans les provinces du Sud sous leur contr�le, et la lutte contre le terrorisme, le crime et les plans de sabotage avec fermet� et responsabilit�. Ces forces repr�sentent la soupape de s�curit� du Sud et son bouclier solide, et le peuple restera leur soutien � tout moment.
